The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment has launched its Tenancy Services website.  It is user friendly, helping tenants and landlords find the tenancy information they need.  The site replaces tenancy and unit title information previously held at the www.dbh.govt.nz website.  For more information go to www.tenancy.govt.nz.

All owners of property who insure those properties pay a Fire Service levy.  This levy makes up about 95% of the funding of this service. Is it fair and reasonable that those who pay for insurance should pay for a service which responds to the needs of everyone not just those who are insured?
