In these economic times, Property Investors' Associations members should be doing credit checks on all prospective tenants.  In order to make it more cost effective for PIA members to do this, NZPIF has negotiated with TINZ (Tenancy Information New Zealand) to offer FREE annual membership to NZPIF members along with very competitive usage fees.  This means the price per enquiry will revert back to the previous price of enquiries with Veda Advantage.

TINZ core business is to provide online tenant checking through five relevant databases simultaneously.  They are:

• TINZ database;
• Ministry of Justice Tenancy Tribunal orders;
• The CIA debt Recovery Group Ltd;
• Veda Advantage (Previously Baycorp);
• LTNZ Drivers License national database
