WE NEED A CROWD

Can you please assist us to reach landlords and property investors who are not members to find out what would make membership attractive to them?

The more property investors and landlords NZPIF is able to represent at the national level, the more effective the lobbying on your behalf will be.  Can you please assist us to reach landlords and property investors with a survey to find out what would make some level of memberhip attractive to them? 

If you know of people involved in property but not currently members, please forward this newsletter containing this survey link to them. The more views we have from non-members the more all of us in the Property Investors' Associations and NZPIF will be able to tailor membership offerings to suit.  

The objective is to attract more members to join and to give us collectively more bargaining power.

We have been using a variety of channels to reach non-members including the client bases of TINZ, Initio and the NZ Property Investor.  Your assistance in reaching more current landlords and property investors who are not members will be much appreciated.
