Welcome to the NZ Property Investors' Federation

Thank you for joining as an Associate member.  We appreciate your support.

This email is to introduce you to the main things you need to know as an Associate Member.

Benefits

  1. You will receive a Bunnings PowerPass card in the mail shortly. To obtain discounts, please show this at the time of making purchases at Bunnings stores. It is also your Associate membership card.  The card will have your name on it and NZPIF indicating you are an Associate Member of the NZPIF.mail shortly. se show this at the time of purchase in your Bunnings Stores to obtain discounts. 

  2. Your new membership also entitles you to purchase specialist rental property insurance through the NZPIF business partners Initio and First Lane Insurance. Go here to find out more about these insurance providers. Many members have been surprised at the level of cover and lower premiums they have received. It is easy to get a quote online to compare it to your existing insurance.

  3. You will receive an online newsletter packed with updates and information to improve your investments plus save you time and money.
     
  4. In this year of change and new regulations, you will benefit from the constant advocacy work undertaken by the NZPIF on behalf of all landlords and owners of rental properties.

We would encourage you to attend a meeting or two held by your local Association - to find your local Association check out this list: The meetings give you an opportunity to meet other investors, network, and learn. Full membership will also give you access to a number of our other business partners and to the Education Program for Self Managing Landlords. If you decide to join your Association within 6 months of becoming an Associate Member, we'll refund your Associate membership fee.
