RPNZ data just got better

What does improved data mean? There is now more attribute data available including bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces, floor and land area, decade built, ownership type, external wall materials, roof materials, deck and verandah features.

These changes will help you get a better understanding of a particular property by seeing how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has, what materials it's built from, and other useful details.
