What do you write in your entry?

A compelling reason why you should win.

A description of your rental.

Why you need the paint and how you would use it.

(Including a photo would be great but is not critical recognizing that it is not possible to get photos during the lock down period.)

What is the prize?

Prize is $1000 Resene ColorShop voucher that can be spent post lockdown on Resene paints, wallpaper and decorating accessories and a $250 Resene colour consultation.

Postponement of the 2020 NZPIF Conference until October 2021

 

 

Due to the current uncertainly regarding events of any size, the Wellington PIA Conference Organising Committee has decided to postpone the 2020 NZPIF Conference until 2021.  Details regarding the date and venue will be available as soon as possible.

Those who have already registered will be receiving an email from Wellington PIA, the hosts of the 2020 NZPIF Conference and now the 2021 Conference.

The Landlord of the Year and the Renovation of the Year Awards will now be awarded in 2021.

Our online commercial procurement portal

Our online commercial procurement portal has been set up for you to easily access the approved essential items. These will load with your preferential commercial rate automatically so you know you're getting the right pricing. To get set up on the portal please contact your local Commercial Trade Specialist to start the application process.

How deliveries will work

We're ensuring our customers and staff remain safe by adhering to Ministry of Health guidelines including using PPE and strict hygiene and physical distancing. Small products will be delivered to the door by Courier Post as usual. For larger items we will work with you to ensure we can deliver these while retaining the 2m distancing requirements. Please be aware that deliveries may take a little longer than usual and we'll confirm the timing with you. 

Installation of products?

While we can currently deliver essential products, we are not yet able to install new appliances, remove existing ones, or remove packaging rubbish. We are currently seeking approval to be able to offer these services to you and your clients as we understand how important they are. We hope to have confirmation early to mid next week and will be in touch with any updates.

An important announcement from

Under Level 4, Bunnings is able to service trade account customers to access essential items but cannot sell goods to the general public during this time. Bunnings will offer an order collection option only for essential items ordered via the National Trade Support Team or your Trade Account Manager.
