NZPIF APP HAS BEEN REBUILT

The NZPIF members apps have been rebuilt and released on the app stores and are available now. They aren't an automatic upgrade and will need to be installed manually.

The apps allow you to access the latest news, events, information about our partners and discounters. You can set up your digital membership card and some Associations may choose to publish their own information as well.

A DETAILED Q & A DOCUMENT ON THE HUD WEBSITE

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has a very detailed 44 page document on their website answering many frequently asked questions.  As the Tenancy Services call centre is currently experiencing a huge volume of calls, members are asked to go to here first prior to calling to ask for answers.  If this document does not provide the answers needed, please have these questions collated by one person in your PIA who can then forward a group request to Tenancy Services.
