Changing a tenancy agreement?  Here's how.

Tenancy Services has updated their website content to describe and distinguish different ways to change a tenancy agreement. Landlords and tenants should decide together which approach best suits their situation. The type of change to a tenancy agreement will have an impact on the healthy homes compliance date and Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2020 law changes that apply. For more information go here.

Where to go for Healthy Homes Standards Assessments

GForce - Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Christchurch

Members are offered three options by GForce - 1. assessment and compliance certification only: 2 installation only: 3 full assessment, installation and documentation service. More information here.

The cost of GForce completing an assessment will be $175 + GST. This includes the provision of a full report for the property as well as compliance certificates and tenancy statements for all compliant sections of the property. All required work will be quoted on a per property basis and will be split up according to each individual section that was assessed.

Insulation Tech NZ Ltd - Wellington and the Manawatu
