INTRODUCING SUE HARRISON

Andrew officially resigned as President at an NZPIF Executive meeting on 26 October. Following this, and as per the constitution, the Executive filled the vacancy by electing NZPIF executive member Sue Harrison as NZPIF President for the remainder of Andrew's term, which ends in March 2023.

Sue has been actively investing for 27 years and a member of CPIA for 24 years, organising a Conference in 2014, and joining the committee in 2017. She founded Christchurch Holiday Homes and has been a Director for 11 years. She was elected to the NZPIF Executive in 2020 as secretary and re-elected at the recent NZPIF AGM as one of the Southern Region representatives.

EXCITING NEWS - THERE WILL BE A 2023 NZPIF CONFERENCE

Watch this space for more details next week.  It will be hosted by Otago Property Investors Association at the Rydges Lakeland Resort in Queenstown from 27th to 29th of October 2023.  With Hilary Barry as MC and a stimulating line up of speakers, it will be an event not to be missed.
