Billy McLachlan is a sponsored skateboarder turned real estate hustler. His new career path was the result of the Rich Dad Poor Dad phenomena. It opened him up to real estate investing and he was determined to build a global portfolio ever since he first read the book as a teenager. Three years later - after living in New York and attending all sort of seminars - he finally picked up the phone and took action: he landed an assistant position or a high-volume developer/wholesaler in Christchurch. He then purchased a property maintenance company and did his own property deals on the side, after seeing the potential first-hand in the Christchurch market.
Billy manages his own properties and is planning to expand his portfolio into the United States in the future.
