Following a 20 year career in the RNZAF, Mark established a property management business and gained valuable experience in property renovation & development, building property portfolios and undertaking joint ventures. Mark is now recognised in property investment circles as the person to go to when searching for cashflow and investment opportunities.
Mark’s ability to quickly analyse a deal and communicate clearly sees him regularly featured in the media as a property expert. His column ‘The Strategist’ appears regularly in NZ Property Investor, and he presents regular educational videos on Facebook and YouTube.
Mark has also gained a strong following through his unique New Zealand Property Podcast that provides a popular service to tens of thousands aspiring and experienced property investors
