Simon Mori is head of Planning services at PNCC and has been head of the Department and leading his team since 2015.

Ryan Patterson is the Consents Planner from the Regulatory consent team. He has with Honours a Bachelor of Resource & Environmental Planning. Ryan worked as an Intermediate planner at Auckland Council before taking the role of Planning Officer in Palmerston North nearly two years ago.
