Future proofing - keeping your properties fit for the future

Jackie Thomas-Teague is a distinguished property manager and landlord with over 20 years of experience, and was awarded the NZ Property Investors’ Federation and Resene RentSkills Highly Commended Award in 2023. She is passionate about property, business success, and environmental issues and works to make sure these things are compatible.

With a portfolio of investment properties across various regions, many retrofitted to Home Fit or Home Fit Plus Certification standards by the Green Building Council, Jackie is well-versed in the nuances of creating positive landlord-tenant relationships and maintaining high standards of property management.  Jackie will talk about her journey and cover future-proofing your investment portfolio to cover changing tenant needs and wants.
