A commentator recently took us to task over some of our views and our failure to understand the basic laws of supply and demand in relation to the property market - particularly urban land policy.  While such factors are certainly influential, we believe that other factors have been more influential in reagrds to the boom we have seen in house pricdes over the past few years.  Take this link to read the full article.
