Managing Director Jane Hunter CNZM OBE was particularly pleased with the medal for the Pinot Noir. “Our Winemaker Gary Duke, Manager Peter Macdonald and I are delighted,” Hunter said. “Because it reinforces the credibility of Marlborough as a Pinot Noir region and rewards the efforts of our viticulturalists, growers and winemaking team have put into developing and perfecting this variety.
“Once again Marlborough adds an extra taste experience, this time to one of the classic red varieties.”
