Reminder: ANZ Property Investment Survey

Reading various media articles you will see that our industry is under fire at present. Items under consideration are Capital Gains Tax, disallowing or restricting mortgage interest deductions, Ring Fencing rental property losses, Rental Property WOF's and housing affordability.

It is essential that the NZPIF has up-to-date information to help us defend the accusations against us and put forward sound strategies for changes to the housing and rental markets.

The annual ANZ Property Investment Survey is an essential source of information that we use in the media and with politicians. To maximise its benefit we need all Property Investor Association members to take part, as this ensures we have the best information and the results are taken seriously.
