We are ready and pumped for our NZPIF Conference here in Christchurch on 17 -19 October 2014. We have the brilliant Wealth/Residential Property Investor, Kevin Green lined up as Guest Speaker and more great speakers ready to join the list. We have great support from sponsors and our energetic conference committee are gearing up to rock at the Gala Dinner that will be like no other. We are excited to announce that our key note speaker is Kevin Green from the UK.  A self-made multi-millionaire and social entrepreneur, Kevin is the UK's largest residential property landlord and a multi-business owner.

The 50-year-old dyslexic, who featured on Channel 4′s Secret Millionaire, was homeless in 1984.  He has a wealth of experience in the property investment world and heads a number of successful companies and other non-property related businesses.

Kevin loves to educate, motivate and inspire others on how to start in business, how to make money and how to become rich and his passion and enthusiasm is quite infectious.  His down to earth approach is often referred to by those who know him as ‘exactly what it says on the tin'.

The 2014 NZPIF conference is to be held at the Rydges Latimer, Christchurch.  This is Christchurch's newest hotel, which opened in November 2013.  This 4.5-star hotel has undergone a complete rebuild so that guests experience top-ofthe-line features and amenities, all 100 percent compliant with the latest building code requirements.
