INITIO INSURANCE:  SURVEY RESULTS - Selling a property in 2019

Improvements to Tenancy Service website

Tenancy Services says - we have redesigned our homepage and landing pages to remove underused elements and focus on the resources, forms and content people look for the most, like tenancy agreements, bond forms and the tenancy tribunal online application system. These changes will be live on the website on Thursday February 14.

We have also made the search function more obvious, to help people if they can't find the right page. We are now working to make the search function more user-friendly, so people are more likely to see the right results first time.
