By the late 1800's Dunedin was not only the financial capital of New Zealand but also the educational centre. We are proud to introduce an array of inspiring presenters who will provide you with their own gems of knowledge.

Bryce Holdaway – Bryce's appetite for property commenced around 20 years ago, when he stumbled upon the best-selling book ‘Building Wealth through Investment Property' in 1994. ultimately led to her current happiness and success. A self-described "fabulous failure", Nikki believes that property investment has been the key to her salvation.
