The NZPIF RentSkills Awards recognises property investors and landlords who demonstrate exemplary practices in managing their tenants and property assets through the following areas:

• Positive Tenant Relationships: Fostering respectful and supportive interactions with tenants, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Good Business Practices and Tools: Utilising effective business strategies and tools to manage properties efficiently and responsibly, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of property care.
• Community Involvement and Engagement: Actively contributing to and engaging with the local community, demonstrating a commitment to improving the neighbourhood and supporting community initiatives.

Award Presentation

Winners will be notified on 1 October 2024. It is hoped that Award recipients will be in attendance for the Award ceremony at the Conference Gala Dinner on Saturday, 19th October in Christchurch.

Who should enter?

This award is open to all Property Investor Associations (PIAs).
